Communications Manager with over 20 years of international experience in the luxury and fashion sectors, I have developed strong skills in strategic marketing and brand management, and event organisation; I have previous experience managing diplomatic relations for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Italy and Tokyo. An energetic, curious, creative leader with a pragmatic and relational approach, I have created synergies and opportunities for the brands and teams I have worked with. Responsible for planning and executing 360º marketing plans, defining media and PR strategies, direct marketing and sponsorships with celebrities and influencers.

Over 25 years of experience in marketing for companies in the luxury - fashion - design sectors. After working for Swatch Group, Samsonite and Christofle, she landed in the marketing department of the Binda Group (watches and jewellery such as Breil, Wyler Vetta, Moschino, Seiko, D&G, Kenneth Cole, Nike), where she has been Marketing Service Director for the last 7 years, being in charge of the following areas: media, PR, press office, events, web, social, e-commerce and market research. She is currently a freelancer, a consultant for SMEs in defining marketing objectives, KPIs and budgets, and in the implementation and execution of the marketing plan, as well as a lecturer in Marketing, Advertising and Organisation at IUAD (Istituto Universale di Arti e Design), Milan and Professor of Advertising at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design), Milan.

A graduate in Architecture, passionate about design and communication, she has been working for more than fifteen years as a creative and set-designer with a strong inclination towards communication. Always fascinated by people's ability to live and transform spaces with their daily actions and practices, careful observer and designer, she became Co-founder of Archivio Personale, a Set-Designs and Events Production studio, established in 2010 in Florence and currently based in Milan and Paris. The studio is characterised by its multi-disciplinary approach, with a visionary attitude, distinguished by its ability to mix its own identity with that of its clients in a continuous synergy; it has worked for well-known brands such as Gucci, Levi's, Durazzi and others like Max&Co and Baldinini, with whom it collaborated on the occasion of Milan Fashion Week 2023. Since 2010 he has been teaching at Fashion and Design Institutes.

Fashion is my great passion and the fil rouge of my career path. After walking the catwalks of half the world, I hung up my heels to move on to TV and radio as an author, correspondent and presenter of fashion programmes. I write for several fashion magazines and started Rai's first 'official fashion blog'. I teach "Web & Blog Publishing" and "Fashion Writing" at the Accademia del Lusso in Rome and Milan, I also collaborated with the course in fashion studies at La Sapienza University in Rome. For two years I was in charge of the fashion section of the Roma Web Fest dedicated to fashion films. I wrote and hosted as fashion reporter the RaiUno programme 'Top! Tutto quanto fa tendenza'. I work as a fashion consultant for TV and private companies, presenting evenings, fashion shows, festivals. Finally, I collaborate with the music TV station StandbyTv as a VJ, doing reports between Europe and the USA.
