The Fuorisalone back together with the Salone del Mobile, the largest European trade fair dedicated to design and furniture. The upcoming edition opens its doors from 17 to 23 April with exhibitions, immersive tours and activities of all kinds. This edition, entitled "Future Laboratory, proposes a reflection on how we imagine our future.
Within the busy calendar of events, everything is ready for PATH, its exhibition curated by Simone Micheli at the Courtyard of Honour.
Also Italian Design Institute, Educational Partner at Fuorisalone 2024, will be present and, on the occasion of this important event, within theSenate Hall of the University of Milan, on 17 April, starting at 5.30 p.m, will star in a day dedicated to universities and Academies with which partner companies and visitors can interact to open up future possibilities for professional collaboration.
It will be on this occasion that the students of theImmersive Master in Interior Design with trend forecasting and virtual reality, who have undergone advanced training under the guidance of the lecturer and Archistar Simone MicheliThey will be able to present their work carried out during the classroom and project work phases of the master's course.
Italian Design Institute has the honour of counting among its lecturers Simone Micheli, internationally renowned architect and designerdistinguished for an innovative and sustainable approach in the field of architecture and design. Micheli's career, which began in 1990 and subsequently expanded with the foundation of 'Simone Micheli Architectural Hero', has been studded with significant awards, including the Designer of the Year title from BOOMSPDESIGN.
His works, which range from theinternal architecture to visual designare firmly anchored in the principles of sustainability, managing to combine functionality and aesthetics in an exemplary manner. Micheli, recognised for his many prestigious achievements and having received national and international awardsis also committed to the education of the younger generation, highlighting the key role of architecture and designn in raising the quality of life and promoting a sustainable future. His vision, which includes the importance of originality and experimentation in contemporary designis inspired by the nature and potential of artificial intelligence, making Micheli a benchmark in the industry for his ability to combine creativity and ethics in the improving living spaces while respecting the environment.
