Who we are looking for

A precise, organised person with excellent knowledge of foreign languages or mother tongue to be placed in the area:

Foreign Sales Secretary

(languages required: English / Spanish / Chinese)

Main responsibilities:

  • Student enrolment management
  • Data entry, document management and archiving
  • Relations with the public


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of at least one language between English, Spanish and Chinese
  • Accuracy, confidentiality and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of the Office package and digital tools
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail


Contract and working hours

  • Possibility of immediate employment with a part-time or full-time fixed-term contract, with a view to stabilisation on a permanent basis. 
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon (9/14 - 15/20)

Italian Design Institute is looking for a highly qualified professional figure to be included in its management team for the implementation and development of the Fashion Design department at its Milan headquarters. The professional will be in charge of planning, coordinating and supporting the didactic/relational activities, contributing to the growth and success of the fashion sector within our reality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and curating Fashion Design curricula in line with industry trends and innovations.
  • Organising and running workshops, practical courses and creative workshops for students.
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure the continuous updating of teaching skills and methodologies.
  • Promote the creation of innovative fashion projects that stimulate students' creativity and experimentation.
  • Manage relationships with industry companies and professionals for collaborations and future developments.

Required characteristics:

  • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design
  • Proven experience in the field of fashion design (at least 3 years) and preferably also in fashion vocational training
  • Ability to work in a team, with a strong orientation towards knowledge sharing.
  • Creativity, innovation and passion for the fashion world.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of the fashion industry, from trends to marketing strategies.
  • Excellent Standing
  • Excellent PC use;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent diction;
  • Availability for short assignments within the country.

A full-time fixed-term contract is offered, with subsequent transition to permanent status and the possibility of growth within a young and dynamic context.

Italian Design Institute®leading provider of training courses in the field of design, is looking for, for its operational office in Bari, a Project Manager motivated and competent person to join our team to contribute to the development and management of new English language training courses for the international sector

Responsibility:

  • Creation of training paths: Design and development of new courses and training programmes in the field of design, in line with market needs and the latest industry trends.
  • Classroom tutor: Management of classroom teaching activities, accompanying students on their learning journey and ensuring the quality of teaching content and methodologies.
  • Relationships and partnerships: Identification and development of new collaboration opportunities with other companies, institutions and strategic partners to expand the training offer.
  • Project management: Coordination of resources, planning of activities, monitoring and evaluation of results to ensure the success of training projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the training sectorpreferably in design or related fields.
  • Excellent English language skillsfundamental requirement.
  • Skills in instructional design: Ability to design and structure innovative and quality training courses.
  • Experience as a classroom tutor: Ability to manage and motivate groups of students, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong professional relationship building and networking skills: Ability to develop strategic partnerships with organisations and companies in the sector.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skillswith a strong attention to detail and punctuality in meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility and proactivity: Being able to adapt to changing market and customer needs, with an attitude of continuous innovation.
  • Availability for travel: The figure must be willing to travel occasionally to manage training projects and develop partnerships, both nationally and internationally.  

Personal characteristics:

  • Spirit of initiative and leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
