The tricks for perfect home staging.

1. Space and Order.

To make a room more attractive, the first thing to take care of is its appearance: the property must be spacious and uncluttered. And this means that rooms must not be suffocated by too much furniture and this must be as linear, minimal, simple as possible, becoming a detail that emphasises brightness. It is also better to opt for light-coloured furniture and, as far as furnishing accessories are concerned, they must be arranged in an orderly and sober manner. Forbidden to be heavy, in short.

2. Colour.

Colour is indeed a very powerful weapon in thehome staging. The skilful and calibrated use of the various shades and their combinations succeeds in giving the right depth to rooms, changing the perception of spaces, making them larger, brighter, more welcoming.

3. Light.

Doors, windows and balconies must be emphasised, because light is one of the decisive factors in the sale of a property. Therefore, the choice of blinds must also be carefully considered in detail, because they are not a mere decorative affectation, but an element that can emphasise or obliterate the brightness of a space.

4. The textile elements.

These determine whether a room is more or less homely: the number, colour, type, style are elements to be considered first for a home stager.

  • Changing the arrangement of furniture or the decoration of a house
  • Changing walls (or repainting them) or the floor
  • Renovating the bathroom or kitchen
  • Improving distribution and energy efficiency
  • Installing solar panels: houses with solar panels sell faster
  • Making a wall cupboard
  • Install a heat pump, which saves up to 7% more than other heating systems
