THE TRAINING COURSE
Healing Design, or 'therapeutic design', is an approach that integrates the design of spaces with the aim of improving the psychophysical health of the people who inhabit them. This growing area of design is based on the realisation that the surrounding environment can significantly influence the state of health and emotional well-being through the design of open spaces, the use of relaxing colours and the presence of natural elements.
The application of this approach is not limited to healthcare facilities, but extends to offices, schools, public and residential spaces.
It is a way of conceiving spaces holistically, i.e. not only in their functionality and comfort, but also and above all in their ability to transmit tranquillity, reducing anxiety and stress and promoting a general sense of well-being.

Agronomists, Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Technicians, people working in the health sector (Directors, Doctors, Nurses, etc.), university students, wellness consultants and enthusiasts interested in increasing their skills on the subject.
What you will learn
The objective of the course is to provide students with a comprehensive and in-depth overview of green spaces designed for human physical and mental health. It also aims to provide the necessary skills for the design and implementation of such spaces. In this context, the concept of 'Healing Design' emerges as an innovative and fundamental response to promote health and well-being through the built environment.

Per le lezioni online l’iscritto dovrà essere munito di un proprio pc con sistema operativo Windows. Sul pc dovranno già essere installati eventuali software di progettazione segnalati, utili per la didattica. L’istituto non rilascerà alcun software, ma sarà l’allievo a doverne essere in possesso, anche tramite versioni prova, eccetto che per NBL Landscape Designer la cui licenza verrà rilasciata dall’Istituto per tutta la fase d’aula e la fase di sviluppo progetto.
