For all those who install, design or apply technologies, systems and products for intelligent lighting, integrated with home automation and security systems, the must-attend event is called Illuminotronica 2017 and is the only Italian event - from 12 to 14 October in Padua - to identify technologies, new solutions and intelligent home automation, lighting and security systems aimed at installers, professionals and buyers.
Now in its sixth year, the exhibition and conference is promoted by Assodel (Italian Association of Electronic Districts) and Tecnoimprese and represents an opportunity for technicians and professionals to meet and discuss, as well as an opportunity to keep abreast of technological developments, market scenarios and new business opportunities for companies.
The edition of Illuminotronica 2017 promises to be a true celebration of technological innovation, with over 100 training and information events, special projects and a new way of connecting companies with their target audience.
The event has first and foremost the task of demonstrating that it is possible to grow and do better than even an edition, that of 2016, which had already broken every record with +20% of exhibiting companies and +15% of visitors; a success that represents the affirmation of a qualitative model that starts from the contents to freely assert itself on the market. From the very first edition, in fact, the organisers' desire has been to focus on a qualitative and shared model of the event, thanks to the more than thirty years in which the two organisations have learnt to know and anticipate the needs and opportunities of companies.
This year the event will focus on smart lighting, smart homeInternet of things, home automation integration and human centric lightingIn fact, Illuminotronica was born from the intuition that electronics would first revolutionise the lighting sector thanks to the introduction of LED technology, and then, with the development of IoT (Internet of things), completely redefine the technologies at the service of the wellbeing and safety of individuals and the community, i.e. home and building automation, security and management of integrated systems for energy saving. Talking about technology at a trade fair of this kind means creating a common thread capable of transferring the exhibitors' proposals more strongly to trade visitors.
Having the need to reach targets, which for this sector are installers, professional technicians, designers, buyers, public administration, architects and lighting designers, Illuminotronica decided to create two distinct areas: one dedicated to lighting and light design in all its forms (ILLUMINO), with a particular focus on the smart lighting and a second (TRONICA) dedicated to components for the lighting, security and home automation application sectors.
There is also the home & urban technologies (HUT) section, i.e. the integration of technologies for the well-being, safety and comfort of the home.
Illuminotronica 2017 events in Padua
To support and sustain the event, more than seventy opportunities for meetings, debates and workshops are planned, moments of reflection around the hottest topics in technology integration and its hardware and software components. In the wake of the success of the previous edition, the three days of the fair will host continuous and non-stop opportunities for professional updating. Smart Pro, Tecnoimprese's training path dedicated to installers and professionals will make a stop in Padua, where it will be possible to take part in courses to become a real home automation expert.
There is much anticipation for the new edition of the home automationwhich has attracted so much interest thanks to the participation of the most important brands in the sector, and even more space will be dedicated to start-ups, incubators of innovation and catalysts of ingenuity, able to enthusiastically and with commitment point the way for technological development in the coming years.
