Italian Design Institute

Placement in companies and specialized structures for training internships

Our services to students

At the end of the training course, Italian Design Institute continues to follow its students through a personalized path, to ensure the best job placement opportunities, in the shortest time possible:

WORK ORIENTATION: Group and individual meetings in which we focus on the complex dynamics of the selection interviews, isolating the most important factors that determine the result and creating an effective approach of the student to the labor market. Already during the classroom phase, a personal presentation is prepared and a video CV is created; at the end of the course, the curriculum vitae is updated and disseminated to leading companies in the sector, with a letter of introduction attached by the Institute guaranteeing maximum visibility of the candidate on the labor market.

STAGE EXPERIENCE: Courses and IDI Masters include the possibility of carrying out a work placement at the end of the classroom phase (where provided for by the specific program and according to the indications relative to the training course). The stage is hosted by organizations, companies and organizations that operate in the sector and are part of the vast network of Italian Design Institute partners.

ATTESTATIONS: For each phase of the course (lectures / project work / work stage) a certificate of attendance is issued. At the end of the internship period, the host company will issue the certificate. This certification is of great importance in the selection interviews, since it attests an operating experience in the sector.

QUALITY CERTIFICATION: Since 2008, the Institute has obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Certification, which guarantees the highest standards regarding the planning and delivery of training paths.

SKILLS OF ACQUIRED SKILLS: Only a continuous analysis of the labor market allows to identify the most important skills and competences to operate in the Design sector. The theoretical-practical approach of the entire IDI training process represents an opportunity to strengthen the candidate, who, in addition to consolidating his theoretical foundations in the subject, engages in concrete projects that he can immediately add to his work portfolio.

DEDICATED TUTOR: A highly competent tutor is present throughout the classroom phase to support the teaching activities, the logistics organization and the specific training needs of the individual participant.

EXCELLENCE OF TEACHERS: The teaching staff of the IDI courses is highly qualified and comes partly from the academic world, partly from the corporate and business ones, thus meeting the students' need to confront both realities: during the phase of classroom the passion of students for design will be nurtured by professionals capable of offering multiple approaches to the subject.

EDUCATIONAL SUPPORTS AND E-LEARNING PLATFORM: The training courses of the Italian Design Institute provide for the sending of preparatory material, teaching aids (textbooks, stationery, pendrive) and video introductory lessons on the e-learning platform, to which our students can access comfortably from home or on the move. Because getting ready for the classroom phase is a winning approach!

PS: The placement indicates the percentage of placed with respect to the total number of students who attended the training courses. This percentage therefore includes those who have found stable employment or who have been hosted for a training internship (even free), as well as those who have undertaken professional experience similar to the subjects of the course or master followed (eg: self-employed activity). ).
