IDI's Master in Interior Yacht Design is a professional training course that will enable you to learn advanced techniques in naval interior design, learning how to manage a project in all its phases, from the concept, to the choice of materials, to 2D technical drawing up to 3D graphic restitution.

The aim of the Master in Interior Yacht Design Online is to train professionals to apply the techniques and tools of naval architecture to the most innovative design.
The knowledge acquired during the master's course will allow them to successfully exercise their profession, entering the production world as freelancers or within the shipbuilding industry, in professional offices or shipyard technical offices and in the management of production and quality control processes.

Classroom phase: 40 hours in the virtual classroom (10 appointments of 4 hours)

How to apply
Fill in the information request form and we will contact you within a few days. In the selection of candidates, the school and work CV will be taken into consideration, as well as the motivational letter produced; it is possible to support the candidature with a portfolio of previous works. The examining board, having considered these elements, will announce the outcome of the selection and admission to the Course/Master's programme, forwarding the application form.
A degree in architecture, industrial design or related subjects is a fundamental requirement for the selection of candidates. Applications subjects with proven experience in the naval sector will also be evaluated.

Training course
The Master in Yacht Design Online aims to train professionals capable of governing the design and construction process of a yacht, from concept to the modelling and rendering of the vessel.
The teaching programme is also structured to provide conceptual stimulation, and topics designed to encompass all disciplines related to yacht design and the marine lifestyle will be covered, including 2D and 3D drawing, the study of materials and the latest methodologies, construction systems, environmental sustainability constraints and certifications required by law.
The Master's programme in Yacht Design also provides all the cultural tools and historical knowledge indispensable to an aspiring professional in the industry: the yacht designer.
