What you will learn
IDI's Master's in Fashion Design offers a comprehensive and in-depth education in the field of fashion. Candidates will learn about different types of fabrics, their properties and how to use them to create high-quality clothing. They will be aware of the latest fashion trends and know how to interpret them creatively.
During the master's programme, students will learn drawing techniques, manual and digital, to develop original design ideas and create sketches. They will be guided in the analysis of past, present and future fashion trends, examining the historical movements and cultural and social influences that have shaped the industry.
A central aspect of the programme is concept development through the creation of mood boards, palettes and colour charts, also using graphic design software, with a special focus on fashion styles.
This approach allows students to develop a comprehensive and innovative view of fashion design, preparing them to excel in the industry.
