Italian Design Institute created a advanced training in this fieldby establishing the Master in Temporary Design for public spaceswhich deals with theory, research, design, concept and practical exercise, to develop projects of scenarios, open spaces and symbolic places.
The master deals with all those topics related to urban, social and demographic growth, also taking into account important economic and cultural aspects, interpreting new collective needs and opportunities for use.
Design for public spaces aims to give a face and an identity to spaces for the community, such as parks, squares, streets, roundabouts, used for exhibition events, even temporary ones, shows, markets, festivals, political events, in which private and collective dimensions coexist.
