Master in Jewelry Design

The jewel as an interpretation of the spirit of the time in which we live. The jewel as a mirror of a brand's identity. The jewel as an anticipation of the needs and expectations of consumers. These are the main themes of the IDI Master in Jewelry Design. Combining the study of the history of jewelery and the techniques used over the centuries for its realization with the analysis of materials, gems and new execution techniques. The student will be able to approach the goldsmith laboratory and to understand how a project develops. During the Master in Jewelry Design the workshop practice is a foundamental part of the training course, indeed the final goal is the development of concrete skills in jewelery making. At the same time the student will take a solid methodology design that will allow him to develop a strategic planning thought. This theoretical-practical path will be accompanied by the development of graphic skills, through the use of analogical and digital tools and exercises of two-dimensional representation and three-dimensional, to ensure an effective presentation of the product or collection. During the Master in Jewelry Design we will also discuss the basic principles of marketing, to encourage the proposing the finished product on the market.
consumatori.
