La Miami Bay is preparing to host the skyline most revolutionary in the world: a Hard Rock Café in the shape of a guitar. The planned new building will completely renew the style and launch a new trend in the architectural design.
L'Hard Rock Café in Miami will be a sensational construction, consisting of 34 storeys and shaped like a guitar. It will be the first structure in the world to change the skyline of the Florida coast.
Its name is Seminole, the real estate and betting company that will realise the project and that has already built an empire of casinos and hotels.
L'Hard Rock Café in Miami promises to be one of the most expensive skyscrapers in the world: 1.5 billion euro budget.
The skyscraper will consist of some 800 rooms, dozens of restaurants and a swimming pool complex costing an incredible $100 million.
Artificial waterfalls, fun spaces and very special furnishings, obviously rock-themed, and 20,000 new jobs guaranteed.
The managing director of the real estate company handling the project, James Allen, emphasised the primacy of the building, which will have a distinctive guitar shape, the first Guitar Housand, the fruit of the architect's ingenuity and creativity Glenn Williams.
The project is expected to be ready by 2020 and will be a candidate to become one of the biggest tourist attractions in Florida and the whole of East America: a temple of rock built into a huge structure, a grandiose example of architecture contemporary!
