Related to him are some of the Ferrari most beautiful and famous of all time: Ferrari Dino 206, Ferrari 365 Daytona, Ferrari P5, Ferrari P6, Ferrari 512 Berlinetta Boxer, the Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 (the forerunner of the Ferrari 400), the Ferrari 308 GTB (the one from the TV series Magnunm P.I.), the Ferrari 288 GTO and the Ferrari 348. Leonardo Fioravanti is the historical designer of the Ferrari who, between the 1960s and 1980s, designed real works of art for the house of Maranello. To him Mauto, from 23 March to 16 September, dedicates the second exhibition of the most famous car designers, entitled 'Rosso Fioravanti. The cars of a free-handed engineer"curated by Rodolfo Gaffino Rossi e Joshua Boetto Cohen. The first such exhibition was dedicated last year to Giorgetto Giugiarofounder of the 'Italdesignd Giugiaro"and designer of historic cars such as Alfa Romeo Giulia GT, its Fiat Panda and the Maserati 3200 GT.
The exhibition Mauto dedicated to Leonardo Fioravanti will see an exhibition of sketches, photographs, models and drawings, including his first tracks at only 12 years of age, in which the designer already showed passion and talent for moving vehicles.
“Car design is a fundamental focus of Mauto's research, as a central factor in the economy of the culture of this area, between Turin and Milan - the president's words Benedetto Camerana – After the anniversary exhibitions of the great coachbuilders, such as Bertone and Zagato, we chose to work on the creative process of the major car designers, showcasing their achievements“.
