All set for the seventh edition of Hotel Regeneration - Hybrid Restaurant, the fascinating exhibition, a container of events and performances, curated by the Simone Micheli Architectural Hero cwith the partnership of PKF hospitality group - an internationally recognised market leader in the world of hotel consulting.
On the occasion of the Fuorisalone of the Milan Furniture Fair 2022, from today until 12 June, Officina Ventura 14, the beating heart of the Lambrate district, will host a volcanic and interactive exhibition that connects food and design, taking shape within the framework of 'Hotel Regeneration'.

An event characterised by the dynamic succession of conventions, conferences, content and cultural happenings, and performances of international calibre, imagined to create links between people, encourage encounters, and stimulate dialogue between professionals in order to do business.
In the Agora - Conference Area, with a capacity of 200 seats, starting on 7 June, prestigious thematic conferences will alternate with moments of discussion and debate, focusing on investment, tourism, real estate development and design.

The numbers and names of Hybrid Restaurant

A total of 19 spaces were distributed over an area of 4000 square metres: sixteen different installations of the contract dimension, a Conference area, a Networking area, an Out door - Garden area, designed by architect Micheli, areas dedicated to international newspapers and selected masters of the kitchen: the chefs Samuele Bravi, Terry Giacomello, Alessandro Miceli, Kunihiko Onuma, Daniele Repetti, Roberto Rinaldini, Paco Zanobini and Elena Minarie, Bartender Luigi Barberis.

An exhibition, a temporary restaurant, an interactive experience between design and food

The exhibition will feature multiple iconic installations and luxurious three-dimensional hospitable areas: wellness areas, gaming space, relaxation areas, three-dimensional outdoor areas, suggestive shop, pharmacy area, long-distance area, office point, bar and ice cream parlour, back office.
In a unique location, transfigured by the architect through his iconic sign, for a few memorable days only, visitors will be able to enjoy an immersive experience of art, design and food.
The exhibition will represent a real stage within which to view and physically come into contact, in fragments, with the distinctive projects of Architect Micheli, realised by prestigious partner companies of significant calibre.
It will take on the role of a hybrid and contaminating space imagined to be a fluid Temporary Restaurant extremely engaging. The location, with around 80 seats, will give diners the opportunity to reserve and stop for a Break & Lunch and for each evening, from 8pm to midnight, to dine among the installations on an incredible stage that will make them extraordinary leading actors.
The evenings will be directed by Paco Zanobini and Elena Minari, founders of De Smart Kitchen, gastronomic hub of excellence in collaboration with guest chefs Samuele Bravi, Alessandro Miceli, Daniele Repetti and Bartender Luigi Barberis.
