A restyling in theaestheticsin technologies and engines. Fiat launches the new line 500Xthe Crossover Italian, which, after its great success in 2016, is back with the intention of maintaining that much-deserved leadership. In Italy and Europe, in fact, it is now firmly in the top 'five' of its segment.
The manufacturer has thus decided to renew its style, with new lights DRL daytime running lights that give the 500X a more up-to-date, modern look adapted to the new Fiat styling cues. The exterior is different, featuring light clusters Led and on request the new projectors with Full Red (which generate 20% more brightness than those fitted on the previous model), made in collaboration with Magneti Marelli. The same applies to the rear light clusters, which are much more visible for greater safety on the road.
As for the design exterior, the new Fiat 500X features a totally new styling of both bumpers of the version Urban. This is dedicated to those who use thecars mainly in city traffic: its small dimensions and high seat height make it easy to navigate city streets. The version Cross, on the other hand, is suitable for out-of-town adventurers, and is also available in the version 4×4.
The interior of the car, on the other hand, presents a different and very cosy design, in perfect Made in Italy style. The finish is quality and the use of high-quality materials is visible. Different combinations of fabric, leather, trim and colour can be chosen, while the driver's seat is easily adjustable in length and height. Finally, the boot is very roomy.

A totally reprogrammed instrumentation. The design of the cockpit The 500X retains the division into three circular elements, between the two analogue side displays with speedometer and rev counter, while a 3.5-inch, reconfigurable TFT display has been inserted in the centre. The steering wheel is made of Techno-leather, specially created to allow better hand placement in relation to the controls.
The engine.
The new turbo petrols are present in the 3-cylinder 1.0 120-horsepower configuration - as reported in the ANSA description -. The change is manual, six-speed, with front-wheel drive. Another version features the 150-horsepower 1.3 four-cylinder engine, along with the six-speed DCT dual-clutch automatic transmission.
