Lecturer since 2018 at the Rome Business School and since 2019 at the "Armando Curcio" Institute. Consultant for the International Academy for Security and Defence (MASTERY), has worked for the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI - Turin and Rome), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC - Bogotá and Vienna), the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD - Paris) and as an analyst at MAOC (N), Maritime Analysis and Operations Centre (Narcotics) - Lisbon. . He has collaborated with the Institute for Crime Prevention - MISAP and with the Youth Committee of the Italian National Commission for UNESCO, as well as with various research centres. Author of books, articles and journalistic investigations and co-author of studies and academic publications, he has been a reporter for the Colombian newspaper 'El Espectador' and, since 2010, he has been the correspondent for Italy of the radio programme of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, 'Un Analísis'. He holds a degree in Political Science with specialised studies in International Relations and European Integration from the Catholic University of Milan.
