Simona Filippini is a photographer, filmmaker and curator of participatory projects. She began her career in
1989 in Paris as assistant to fashion photographer Paolo Roversi. Graduated from Dams with a
thesis in History of Photography, runs image education workshops at institutes
schools nationwide, he teaches Photography and History of Photography. He founded the Camera21 Cultural Association in 2008.
She published the books DiLEI in 2009, Femminile Plurale in 2010, RomeLOVE in 2014 and Acqua
Current in 2023
