He has been dealing with houses and the real estate market for 20 years. Around 2010, with the beginning of the crisis, seeing a lot of houses with great potential stopped on the market and many people in difficulty because they couldn't sell, taking a cue from the American market, he discovered home staging and decided to study to import it into his own reality. Combining his training in interior design and photography with courses in home staging and interior photography, he began his career in the property development sector, developing the 'first impression' method.

She is also involved in the popularisation of home staging in the real estate sector, holds courses and workshops for real estate agents, trade associations, and real estate investors.
