Graduated in Forestry Sciences from the University of Padua, in 1985 he began his professional activity by becoming a 'Founding Participant' of the Giotto cooperative, which operates in the management of private and public green areas with particular interest in historical parks. The cooperative currently manages the integration of prisoners into the world of work, employing them in forestry work and more.
From 1989 to 2005, he was a director, human resources manager and project manager in the hotel development programme at the head of a single holding company in Padua, which managed leisure hotels for several companies. Under his direction as project manager, he developed renovation and construction programmes for hotels ranging from 120 to 460 rooms, taking care of their commercial and management start-up in the early years.
In 2006, working with a company operating in the real estate sector for the Astoria Park Hotel in Riva del Garda, he was project manager for the realisation and development of the SPA, conference rooms and the annexe with new rooms and suites.
Since 2007 he has been working in Starpool srl, a company that designs and builds wellness centres and spas in the home, hotellerie and spa fields, coordinating the office for all SPA projects (home, hotellerie, spa centres, large ships...).
From 2010 to 2021 he was in charge of commercial management for the Italian market.
Since 2013, he has personally supervised special projects, management clients, training events in companies and at conferences/trade fairs, vocational schools and university master courses.
Since 2018, he has been handling relations with ship owners and shipyards for large ships, dealing with both the design of SPA areas and the marketing of Starpool products.
From 2022 onwards, in cooperation with a network of companies and professionals, he started a new field of activity related to consultancy, ranging from the sustainability assessment of the implementation of a new SPA to the related Business Concept & Model and the engineering of the Wet Area.
He loves, frequents and practises sports in wild, unhumanised places.
