Graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan, with a specialization in Lighting Design , Alexander Bellman was one of the first to experiment with virtual calculation models for simulation and to guess that technological research and algorithms would benefit his creativity. He founded the C14 group, a team composed of architects, graphic designers, designers and multimedia designers, specialized in exploring the rapid application of lighting technology and its uses in architecture and interior design.The studio works on the international scene in the fields of retail, hospitality and exhibit and is characterized by its ability to design custom-made solutions that give life to light installations and unique experiences. Alexander Bellman wins the award for best intervention in the field of technological innovation at the international conference EVA 2001 Florence, dedicated to the visual arts for the enhancement and conservation of cultural heritage. Owner of the Lighting Design Course at the IULM University of Languages and Communication, he has taught at the Faculty of Architecture of the Milan Polytechnic. He currently actively collaborates with the University L.U.N.A. from Bologna.
