The course, which is held in Milan and reserved for a maximum of 25 participants, is divided into several teaching phases:

  1. Video lessons on an online platform
  2. Classroom phase lasting 48 hours
  3. Project work phase, with the realisation of an individual project

Becoming a home staging professional means, therefore, taking care of one's training and specialising in this area. What makes the difference, then, will be a series of skills that, thanks both to the training course and a dynamic personal approach, thehome stager will prove to possess.
But what are these skills and qualities?

  • Let us not forget that home staging is first and foremost a specific marketing technique and that, alongside the knowledge of theinterior design and staging techniques, the home stager must demonstrate solid sales skills, with a solid foundation in environmental psychology, capable of driving the customer to buy.
  • Not only that, a large part of the activity of thehome stager is based on the creation of estimates and reports, very important analyses that must be as clear and complete as possible.
  • The organisation is an indispensable skill for the home stager, who often has to manage many appointments, relationships with other professionals as well as with customers.
  • Creativity is an immanent characteristic of his work: knowing how to combine colours, shapes, embellish as well as decorate spaces, make them more comfortable, having taste, knowing styles, trends and having a basis in interior photography, are just some of the areas in which this creativity must be expressed to the full.
