Training course

The objective of this specialisation course in wellness design is to train professionals in the field of wellness space design, capable of fitting out residential and business premises. The wellness space designer deals with the design of SPA and Wellness areas, gyms, new bathroom spaces, and in general all premises where physical and mental wellbeing find their harmony. He bases his work on graphic and computerised representations, keeping abreast of the trends that follow the market.

Students will be able to meet with lecturers and companies in the sector to gain a broader vision of the various styles, materials, solutions, and to understand and manage the problems of designing wellness and wellness spaces, considering the environments, equipment and furnishings in a context where customers are increasingly attentive, prepared and demanding.

The specialisation course in Wellness design is a full-immersion course that will give you a broader vision in the design of private and public spa and wellness spaces thanks to design techniques, trend analysis and the search for solutions that meet the market.

The specialisation course is aimed at graduates in architecture, design, engineering and related subjects, as well as professionals, managers and entrepreneurs in the sector (with knowledge of cad). The knowledge acquired during the course of this wellness space design course will enable the student to practise the profession by entering the market as a freelancer, or within planning and interior design studios.

Marco Colletti is an engineer who has been working with Studio Marco Piva since 2015. He graduated in Construction Engineering and Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Palermo and went on to obtain a Master's degree in Interior Design at the Polytechnic University of Milan.
He has designed homes, hotels and business centres in Italy and abroad. His most revealing projects include private villas from Beverly Hills to Shanghai, as well as: Crystal Tower (Yancheng, China), Dianshan Lake Resort (Shanghai, China), Marina Forum El Djazair (Algiers, Algeria), the exhibition Designing the Complexity (Exhibition at the Venice Biennale), and the Prince's Houses in Milan.
