La nature is the stylistic feature of the entire project: each flat is surrounded by greenery, with plant types that are designed to create an optimal microclimate inside the building and a perfect alternation of light and shade.
Important are both solar energy and geothermalwhich provide the complex with Arboriculture optimal energy self-sufficiency. Recycling, moreover, is another cornerstone on which the project is based. It has an educational value, a strong communicative message, understood as the need to return to a more natural dimension of living, in which respect for the environment means respect for oneself.
